Overview:
The Senior Manager, CBS Owned Stations Security is an individual contributor responsible for the security posture of Paramounts fifteen CBS owned and operated television stations. This role sits within the Global Security Operations organization and reports to the VP, Global Security Operations, with a dotted line to the President, Stations and Digital, CBS News and Stations to keep security priorities aligned with station leadership and day to day operations.
The Senior Manager aligns station level security programs with enterprise Global Security standards, oversees the security vendors supporting station operations, and coordinates training that protects station employees, contractors, and on air talent. This role partners with Crisis Management and Environmental Health and Safety on preparedness, personal protective equipment, and training, and serves as the field level point of contact for security matters affecting the station group.
This role requires approximately seventy percent travel across the station group. When not traveling, this is an office based position and is not a hybrid role; the employee is required to be in the office five days a week, Monday through Friday.

Hiring Salary Range: $124,000.00 - 186,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
