We are looking for an exceptional go-getter to join ERGO NEXT as Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the full journey for express agents - from activation through long-term retention.
In this role, you'll build and optimize the programs that turn newly appointed express agents into high-producing advocates for our business insurance products. You will combine deep customer knowledge with rigorous data analysis to design communications and experiences that move express agents through key milestones, reduce churn, and grow LTV.
This is a high-impact role with significant cross-functional collaboration, sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, data, and engineering.
