What You'll Do: As a Senior Life Product Support Analyst, you will provide technical and analytical expertise to ensure life insurance and annuity products, rates, and pricing recommendations are accurately implemented across administrative systems, illustration platforms, and supporting tools. You will serve as a key resource within Life Business Solutions and partner closely with Actuarial, Information Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Agency teams to deliver high-quality product implementations. You will also:

• Develop a deep understanding of Farm Bureau life insurance and annuity products, product features, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of new products, enhancements, and rate changes.
• Design, execute, and oversee testing strategies to validate system functionality, product values, and illustration outputs.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex implementation and production issues while partnering with development teams to ensure quality solutions.
• Create and maintain product specifications, business requirements, technical documentation, rate books, and reference materials.
• Serve as a primary subject matter expert and point of contact for product implementation questions, support requests, and operational issues.
