Summary: This role requires a blend of Middle-tier and presentation-tier skills (both server-side and client-side design and development skills) with strong Core Java skills to work on a development team that supports various insurance portals and customer facing applications. The team is creating a comprehensive web portal for brokers and retail customers, all web based development. Skills required are expert level with Spring MVC module, strong with RESTful Web Services, proficient with jQuery - JSON, XML, AngularJS is ideal and experience with JBOSS. This applications supports agents, brokers and retail customers so the UI is critical and rich and feature filled.
