Sr. IT Project Manager
Summary
We are seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager to support a large-scale technology modernization project. This role will oversee multiple workstreams, manage project plans and roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery across both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Maintain project plans, roadmaps, and status reporting.
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Track risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Facilitate project meetings and communications.
- Help establish consistent project processes and best practices.
- Support successful delivery of technology deployment initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills.
- Agile and Waterfall methodology experience.
- Experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Experience in stakeholder communication and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
Preferred
- Jira experience.
- Infrastructure or hardware deployment project experience.
- Technology modernization or transformation program experience.
- Change management experience.
- Manufacturing, operations, or plant technology environment experience.
This is a 7-month-plus Contract opportunity with potential to hire with our Minneapolis, MN client.
