Key Requirements
5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple business functions.
Experience documenting and improving business processes, preferably in a cross-functional/commercial environment.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Experience working with business stakeholders, BRMs, IT Product Owners/Managers, and technical teams.
Ability to translate business needs into clear functional/business requirements and use cases.
Experience analyzing data and trends and providing recommendations to improve products, processes, or services.
Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects with limited supervision.
Understanding of IT systems, software, technology concepts, data analysis tools, and data modeling methodologies.
Experience with project/process management is a plus.
Must be able to work onsite 4 days per week at Rice Creek East, Minneapolis, MN.
