JOB TITLE: Sr ISC Project Management Specialist

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day shift, hybrid with 3 days onsite, 2 days remote based on business need).

Summary:
Coordinates and manages projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are successfully achieved.
Drives build plans and material readiness activities in support of critical customer requirements.
Partners with Customer Operations team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer priorities and operational execution.
Develops and implements recovery plans to address material shortages, production constraints, supply chain disruptions, and other challenges affecting customer commitments.
Establishes project schedules, assigns responsibilities, monitors progress, and drives accountability across project teams.
Analyzes risks, identifies issues early, and leads mitigation efforts to minimize business impact.
Prepares and communicates project status updates, metrics, and executive-level reports to leadership.
Facilitates collaboration between operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.
Supports continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, delivery execution, and customer satisfaction.
Leads multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on business objectives and customer commitments.
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
4-6+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.
Experience supporting customer operations, materials management, production planning, or integrated supply chain functions.
Knowledge of build planning, material management, and recovery planning processes.
Experience within a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated environment.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
