JOB TITLE: Sr ISC Project Management Specialist
LOCATION:Tempe, AZ
PAY RATE: $54.79/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for extension)

  • Clearance: Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day shift, hybrid with 3 days onsite, 2 days remote based on business need).

Summary: 

  • Coordinates and manages projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are successfully achieved.

  • Drives build plans and material readiness activities in support of critical customer requirements.

  • Partners with Customer Operations team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer priorities and operational execution.

  • Develops and implements recovery plans to address material shortages, production constraints, supply chain disruptions, and other challenges affecting customer commitments.

  • Establishes project schedules, assigns responsibilities, monitors progress, and drives accountability across project teams.

  • Analyzes risks, identifies issues early, and leads mitigation efforts to minimize business impact.

  • Prepares and communicates project status updates, metrics, and executive-level reports to leadership.

  • Facilitates collaboration between operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.

  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, delivery execution, and customer satisfaction.

  • Leads multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on business objectives and customer commitments.

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • 4-6+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a related discipline.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.

  • Experience supporting customer operations, materials management, production planning, or integrated supply chain functions.

  • Knowledge of build planning, material management, and recovery planning processes.

  • Experience within a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated environment.

  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
