Our success is built on three core values:Care for Each Other & Win as a TeamMindset of Growth & Continuous ImprovementEmbrace and Live the Law of the HarvestWhat You'll DoAs a Senior Industrial Field Service Technician, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of industrial equipment at customer facilities throughout the region.Your responsibilities will include:Troubleshooting and repairing electric motors, VFDs, industrial drives, and control systemsPerforming preventive maintenance, equipment startups, warranty service, and emergency repairsDiagnosing electrical and mechanical failures using advanced diagnostic toolsReading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentationCommunicating technical findings and repair recommendations with customersMaintaining accurate service reports, inventory, and documentationParticipating in a rotating 24/7 on-call scheduleRepresenting EMC with professionalism while maintaining a safe work environmentOccasional overnight travel and weekend work are required. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications5+ years of industrial field service or industrial electrical/mechanical experienceStrong troubleshooting skills involving electric motors, VFDs, motor controls, and industrial electrical systemsExperience servicing industrial automation equipmentAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong commitment to safety and quality workmanshipPreferred QualificationsMedium Voltage experienceJourneyman or Master Electrician LicenseWelding and fabrication experienceWhat You'll Receive$38-$48/hour depending on experienceCompany-provided take-home service truckMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceShort-Term & Long-Term Disability401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysOngoing technical training and professional developmentOpportunities for career advancement with an established industry leaderJoin a Company That Invests in YouAt EMC, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who value craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
