Our success is built on three core values:Care for Each Other & Win as a TeamMindset of Growth & Continuous ImprovementEmbrace and Live the Law of the HarvestWhat You'll DoAs a Senior Industrial Field Service Technician, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of industrial equipment at customer facilities throughout the region.Your responsibilities will include:Troubleshooting and repairing electric motors, VFDs, industrial drives, and control systemsPerforming preventive maintenance, equipment startups, warranty service, and emergency repairsDiagnosing electrical and mechanical failures using advanced diagnostic toolsReading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentationCommunicating technical findings and repair recommendations with customersMaintaining accurate service reports, inventory, and documentationParticipating in a rotating 24/7 on-call scheduleRepresenting EMC with professionalism while maintaining a safe work environmentOccasional overnight travel and weekend work are required.
