    Experienced Senior Industrial Engineer responsible for leading operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on improving quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and process efficiency through data-driven analysis, structured problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
    • 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in a regulated or medical device manufacturing environment.
    • Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
    • Hands-on experience with DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Root Cause Analysis.
    • Strong knowledge of process improvement, waste reduction, standardized work, and operational excellence.
    • Experience analyzing KPIs, operational metrics, process data, and statistical information.
    • Ability to lead continuous improvement projects from identification through implementation and sustainment.
    • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
    • Ability to coach and train employees on Lean and Six Sigma tools.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, regulatory requirements, and medical device manufacturing practices preferred.
    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
