Job Title: Sr Identity and Access Management Engineer (Contract/Consultant)
Job Description
The Sr Identity and Access Management Engineer will lead the design and implementation of improvements to system access onboarding and offboarding processes as part of a strategic cybersecurity program. This role focuses on building robust, scalable identity lifecycle management capabilities, with a strong emphasis on Okta, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with legal, HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid work environment, with onsite presence typically required 1-2 days per week, usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. The position is embedded within a cybersecurity and InfoSec team and involves regular collaboration with legal, HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Work will primarily be performed using modern collaboration and development platforms such as GitLab, Atlassian tools, Slack, Microsoft 365, Okta, and Jira, with a strong emphasis on secure, efficient, and well-documented processes.
