    Position Summary: The Senior Human Resources Generalist serves as the primary HR operations resource for Catalyst Nutraceuticals, supporting employee relations, onboarding, compliance, HR administration, benefits, performance management, and workforce support initiatives. This role partners closely with managers and employees to ensure consistent application of HR policies, maintain compliance with employment regulations, and deliver a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

    Working Conditions

    This is an in-person role based in Buford, Georgia. Regular on-site presence is required to support recruiting activities, employee engagement, onboarding, and daily HR operations.

    Experience

    • 4+ years of progressive human resources experience
    • Experience supporting employee relations, HR administration, benefits, and compliance activities
    • Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site environment preferred
    • Experience with HRIS systems and employee data management
    • Experience supporting a bilingual English/Spanish workforce preferred

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
    • SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification preferred

    Skills

    • Employee Relations: Ability to build trust, resolve workplace concerns, and support managers through employee issues
    • Compliance: Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
    • Communication: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Bilingual Communication: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively support employees and managers in a manufacturing environment
    • Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
    • HR Systems: Experience utilizing HRIS platforms, preferably UKG
    • Customer Service: Commitment to providing responsive and professional employee support
    • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism
    • Analytics: Ability to maintain accurate records and generate workforce reports and metrics

    Responsibilities

    • Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support
    • Employee Relations: Assist managers and employees with workplace concerns, investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
    • Onboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation activities, and employee interrogation programs
    • Benefits Administration: Support employee benefits enrollment, life event changes, open enrollment, and employee benefit inquiries
