    Job Summary

    The Senior HRIS Analyst provides input and analysis to oversee the organization's human resource information system. This includes system configuration, business process management, process improvement, and security maintenance.

    This role collaborates with global Human Resources (HR) teams to implement improvements in functionality and training where necessary for an excellent employee experience. This role requires the balancing of process excellence, technology, and partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of an exceptional employee experience in support of our business objectives. Job Accountabilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, and actively identify opportunities to improve company services and performance through enhanced use of HR systems/processes Supports the design and development of a total HRIS strategy using all current technologies and touching on all areas of HR systems functions including staffing, on-boarding, talent management, benefits and compensation Establish a governance process within HRIS to drive data integrity, ensuring compliance with regulations Ensure data integrity, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Provide timely technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for the HRIS system(s) to HR team leads and other end-users while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience Work in a collaborative environment with internal teams to gather and validate business requirements, and to recommend technical configurations as solutions to internal teams’ needs. Maintains technical and industry trend knowledge by participating in ADP and other forums, including on-line discussions, brainstorms, voting, training, webinars, etc. Review and analyze current procedures, identify areas for improvement and develop and implement a standardization system across the enterprise Analyze ADP and other HCM capabilities and make recommendations to appropriate HR functional leaders
