Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager – Operations & Human Resources to oversee office administration, operational functions, and human resources initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all HR functions, including employee benefits, performance management, policy administration, compliance, and employee relations.
• Drive employee engagement programs and oversee day-to-day office and people management activities.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment regulations, labor laws, and immigration requirements.
• Manage facilities, support internal and external audits, and coordinate corporate events and special initiatives.
• Provide operational and HR support for both V2Soft and the affiliated distillery business owned by the CEO.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Operations, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, HR policies, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Solid understanding of U.S. labor and immigration regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) strongly preferred.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively balance strategic HR initiatives with operational excellence while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
