Job Description:
Location:  This is a hybrid position in Seattle, WA. The candidate must work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remotely on Monday and Friday.    
We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven HR Business Partner to support the Finance organization of a growing company during a period of transformation. The teams span accounting, internal audit, investor relations, and tax, and each has its own needs and priorities.

  • Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to Enterprise Finance Vice Presidents and their organizations, providing responsive, high-quality support to a predominantly salaried workforce.
  • Support functional-level compensation planning and performance review processes for Finance, ensuring timely execution, sound judgment, and alignment with business and talent priorities.
  • Build trusted partnerships with Finance Vice Presidents to anticipate workforce needs and translate business priorities into practical HR strategies and organizational change plans.
  • Provide counsel on organizational design and change management, helping leaders assess options, manage risk, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to define requirements, accelerate hiring for critical roles, and secure high-caliber talent.
  • Lead employee relations matters and workplace investigations through timely, thorough, and well-documented resolution, balancing employee advocacy with sound risk management and consistent application of company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years HR experience
  • Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Audit or Corporate Functions
  • Strong problem solving abilities across a variety of issues ranging in complexity
  • Strong change management and communications capability
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large scale organizational re-design, operating model changes and workforce restructuring
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments

Education / Experience:

  • BA/BS in Human Resources or related field

Must have experience/skills:

  • Ability to quickly gain credibility and establish working partnerships with executive level leaders
  • Strong executive presence with executive level leaders

Nice to have experience skills:

  • Prior experience providing HR support across a geographically dispersed workforce.
  • UKG experience

Pay Range: $65.00 – $70.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
Health & Medical Benefits, 401K, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Time applicable by state.
