Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a growing national manufacturing company, a great opportunity for someone with experience in finance-aligned HR partnering, organizational change, and employee relations looking to further their career in strategic human resources.
Serve as the strategic HR partner to seven Finance VPs supporting ~250 mostly salaried employees
Support compensation planning and performance review cycles
Advise on organizational design, change management, and workforce restructuring
Partner with Talent Acquisition to define requirements and speed hiring for critical roles
Lead employee relations matters and workplace investigations
Essential Qualifications
8-10 years of HR experience, including HR business partner support for Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Audit or corporate functions; manufacturing a plus
Proven change management, re-org, and scaling experience with strong executive presence and strategic mindset
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
Bonus Qualifications
UKG experience
Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce
