Key Responsibilities:
"Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire BillingCenter/PolicyCenter solutions using Java, Gosu, and Guidewire best practices.
"Perform effort estimation, impact analysis, technical design, and development activities.
"Develop and support Guidewire integrations, batch jobs, destinations, and Pub/Sub event-driven solutions.
"Work on production incidents, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and application support.
"Develop GUnit test cases and support QA activities.
"Monitor applications using Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar observability tools.
"Participate in Agile/Kanban ceremonies and collaborate with business, QA, and support teams.
"Support deployment and release activities, including deployment documentation and validation.
"Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
"Provide regular status updates to management and client stakeholders.
Leadership & Knowledge Management:
"Mentor and train onshore/offshore team members on Guidewire technologies.
"Conduct technical interviews for Guidewire Developers, Tech Leads, and Architects.
"Create knowledge assets, accelerators, reusable components, and technical documentation.
"Contribute to organizational capability building and continuous improvement initiatives.
