    Description

Ring"s mission is to make neighborhoods safer, and businesses are an integral part of it. The Amazon Key and Ring teams empower customers to seamlessly manage access to their homes and businesses. We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation for Ring Business and build a repeatable engine that acquires new business customers at scale.

This is a builder"s role. Business demand does not always exist, in many of our segments it has to be created. You will own the full demand funnel across both established and new channels, deciding where to invest, what to test, and what to scale. You will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and a sprint-based approach: form a hypothesis, run a tightly-scoped test, read the data, and double down or kill it fast.

You will: i) own and execute the Ring Business demand generation strategy across the funnel; ii) stand up, test, and scale new acquisition channels; iii) run a rigorous test-and-learn operating cadence; and iv) deliver the reporting and insight that steers investment. As a senior individual contributor, you will set the plan, influence cross-functional partners, and be measured on business outcomes.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Own demand generation end-to-end: Build and execute the Ring Business demand gen strategy across the full funnel, from category awareness and consideration through to conversion, accountable for new business location growth and qualified lead/pipeline targets.
    • Scale established channels: Drive performance across in-market channels (Amazon.com, Amazon Business, Search, paid media, retail), improving targeting, conversion, and cost per acquired location.
    • Build new channels: Stand up, test, and scale emerging channels (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, events, association and partner marketing, 3P-led / influencer content) to create demand where it does not yet exist.
    • Run a test-and-learn cadence: Operate in sprints, define hypotheses and kill criteria, launch scoped experiments, read results quickly, and reallocate budget to what works.
    • Develop and localize B2B materials:Create demand gen assets and adapt them to resonate across diverse markets and business segments (small vs. medium businesses), including EU localization.
    • Lead market research: Plan and manage research initiatives (incl. EU) to uncover customer and category insight that sharpens targeting and messaging.
    • Provide B2B reporting: Deliver weekly and quarterly business reviews (WBR & QBR), own the demand gen dashboard and KPIs, and translate performance into clear investment recommendations.

    A day in the life

In this role you balance strategy with hands-on execution to drive B2B growth. You set the demand gen plan, then get into the detail of making it work. A day might include reviewing live campaign performance and reallocating spend, scoping the next channel test, briefing and localizing creative for EU markets, pressure-testing a targeting segment with the analytics team, and preparing the week"s demand gen read-out for leadership. You work closely with sales, product, finance, and regional teams - and you are comfortable moving fast, making decisions with incomplete data, and owning the outcome.

    About Company

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

    It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

    Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
