Sr Functional Business Analyst

*US Citizenship Required

*Onsite Position in Washington, DC

*Must have Oracle EBS experience

*Position is subject to contract award

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Analyze Chief Financial Officer business requirements and report to developer team

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite as a functional or business analyst
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
• Expertise in Agile Methodology
• Prior federal work experience
• Experience with ETL process
• Familiarity with federal IT security controls and audit requests
• Great communication skills and a team player

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate current system infrastructure and identify areas for improvement
• Perform data analysis to support performance tracking
• Design solutions and ensure implemented systems meet the business requirements
