Pay Range: $99,760-$137,170 Per Year

Job Summary:
• This full-time position in the Houston, TX area offers an opportunity to work onsite as a Sr. Functional Analyst. 
• The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, configuring systems, and supporting integrations. 
• The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in software development and enterprise application support.

Description:
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Configure system records, including objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Develop and maintain business automations and system configurations.
• Support integrations and participate in solution design and testing.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend scalable solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document detailed business requirements and user stories.
• Configure and maintain system records and business processes.
• Develop and support integrations with external systems.
• Participate in solution design, testing, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in system implementation, configuration, and customization.
• 3 years of professional software development experience with languages like C, C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience in delivering end-to-end projects from requirements to production.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
