Sr. Full-Stack .NET/Azure AI Engineer

Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Full-Stack .NET/Azure AI Engineer to help modernize enterprise applications and integrate emerging AI capabilities into Cloud-based solutions. This role combines hands-on development, Azure Cloud engineering, API development, and application modernization efforts in a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer who is excited to learn and apply new AI technologies as they evolve.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack Web application development experience including:

• C#/.NET application and API development;

• Azure Cloud engineering;

• Azure Functions and serverless architecture;

• SQL/PostgreSQL database design and integration;

• Enterprise application modernization and lift-and-shift initiatives;

• REST API development and integration;

• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;

• Infrastructure as code (IaC);

• Unit testing and software development best practices.

• Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Preferred

• Azure AI Foundry experience.
• Agentic AI application development.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integrations.
• AI-enabled application development and API integrations.
• Experience with LLMs including Claude, DeepSeek, or open-source models.
• Multi-source data integration and AI experimentation.
• Knowledge of AI governance, testing, and deployment practices.

This is a 9-month-plus Contract opportunity with our Minneapolis, MN client.
