Your future duties and responsibilities How you'll make an impact * Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable enterprise applications and AI-enabled product capabilities using modern Java and cloud-native technologies. * Build and enhance microservices-based applications using **Java, Spring Boot, and related enterprise frameworks**. * Develop modern user-facing capabilities using **React and JavaScript-based technologies**. * Design, develop, and maintain **RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, event-driven integrations, and enterprise messaging solutions**. * Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, engineers, and cross-functional Agile teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions. * Build and support containerized application deployments and CI/CD processes using **Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Maven, and related DevOps technologies**. * Work with **Apache Kafka and asynchronous messaging technologies** to support distributed and event-driven architectures. * Troubleshoot complex application and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support timely incident resolution. * Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, performance optimization, and application modernization initiatives. * Contribute to the development and integration of **AI-enabled applications and intelligent automation capabilities** where applicable. * Analyze existing business processes, applications, and technical requirements to recommend scalable, efficient, secure, and maintainable solutions. * Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, coding standards, and source control best practices. * Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement and engineering excellence across the team.
