Job Description:
Client is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer 4 to join the Enterprise Data – Credit Services Technology team, supporting Consumer Bureau Management initiatives. This role sits within a team led by Thani, a peer of Jeff Roesler, and will play a critical part in building and enhancing scalable data-driven applications within the credit services domain.
We are hiring 6 full-stack developers with strong backend and frontend expertise to support key enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
Build robust Java-based backend services and APIs.
Develop responsive and user-friendly Angular front-end applications.
Work with Oracle databases and Ab Initio for data processing and integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and business stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Contribute to architecture discussions and continuous improvement of development practices.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in software engineering (or equivalent experience for SE4 level).
Strong Java backend development experience.
Hands-on experience with Angular (front-end development).
Proven experience as a full-stack developer.
Experience working with Oracle databases.
Experience with Ab Initio (required).
Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, and modern development frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within financial services, specifically credit services or consumer data platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise data environments and large-scale systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
