Cargoos Logistics is seeking experienced Freight Brokers, Freight Agents, and Logistics Sales Executives with active shipper relationships and a proven history of generating freight business.

This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are looking for established transportation sales professionals who already know how to prospect, quote, negotiate, and manage customer freight.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking professionals with:

• 2+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
• An existing book of business or active shipper relationships
• A proven ability to quote, close, and manage freight shipments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• The ability to work independently in a commission-based environment
• A professional and ethical approach to business development

Compensation

100% Commission-Based

• Premium commission splits for proven producers
• Potential earnings of $90,000 $275,000+ annually
• Higher commission opportunities available for brokers with active self-generated business
