    Description

    This position assists franchisees to maximize sales and profits across the portfolio and consults through leadership and influence on franchisee P&L opportunities, operational and quality assurance standards and performance metrics, customer satisfaction and trademark integrity. Leads other duties and/or special projects to support team's priorities as assigned to changing business conditions, and/or requirements.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    May perform any or all the following duties:

    Displays outstanding leadership skills; provides coaching, guidance, and development advice to 10-20 franchise groups and entities, 60-150 franchise restaurants

    Executes the Company's goals and holds franchisee accountable to Operations Standards performance Operations Assessment Results, Quality Assurance Results, and customer satisfaction as measured by Super Star Service restaurant execution, Net Sentiment Score, Mystery Shops, and other restaurant visits

    Conducts thorough business action and alignment reviews on a recurring basis partnering with cross functional teams to elevate the health of the business while balancing accountability with the compliance to standards, using business review recap as guide on follow-up reviews

    Collaborates and partners with franchisees to identify solutions as they create action plans to drive results across the portfolio; Sr. FBC is responsible for follow-up against agreed-on actions

    Conducts evaluations including assisting the franchisees in identifying business opportunities and finding solutions to sales, profit, and cost controls.

    Provides strategic operational support in the areas of service standards; product quality control; training; safety; sanitation and new restaurant openings

    Assists with restaurant development planning and execution; site layout approval and kitchen design issues

    Reviews and consults to franchisees on executing a systematic training program and provides restaurant opening assistance for new franchisees when opening their first two restaurants

    Communicates changes in the Company's specifications and procedures

    Attend seminars and completes other training to remain current on industry trends

    Participate in company meetings, webinars, and conference calls

    Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned to changing business conditions and/or requirements

    Mentors and helps onboard new team members

    Supports the Franchise Operations team's priorities leading an initiative as subject matter expert

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES

    Values based and goal-oriented leader

    Understands P&L and translating profit opportunities to restaurant operational opportunities

    Must possess approximately eight (8) years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of Restaurant Operations

    BA/BS Degree preferred

    Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and an acceptable DMV report

    Must have a track record of meeting operational goals; standards; building sales and maximizing profits

    Must have the ability to determine expectations, measures effectiveness in processes, enforce quality standards and meet deadlines

    Must have excellent problem resolutions skills and the ability to maintain relationships

    Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and can identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results

    Strong work ethic and an elevated level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information

    Demonstrated ability in building strong relationships and demonstrates a high level of competency in influencing skills

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    Works Remote/From Home and in restaurant environment, fast paced and demanding environment

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse

    Travel as needed approximately seventy-five (75) %
