Role: Senior FP&A Analyst
Duration: Direct Hire
Location: Tempe, AZ 85284
Setting: 100% On Site
Pay: $70 - $80K + Bonus eligible (5%)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for IT operating and capital expenses.
- Analyze monthly results, variances, headcount, risks, and spending opportunities.
- Build and maintain detailed budgets and financial models for technology departments.
- Evaluate business cases for IT investments, including cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
- Track technology projects against budgets, commitments, and expected benefits.
- Support project capitalization and monthly accruals with the Fixed Assets team.
- Partner with IT leaders and project managers to provide actionable financial insights.
- Present monthly financial analysis and recommendations to Finance and IT leadership.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required
- 2 - 4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and financial modeling.
- Experience managing large or complex departmental budgets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting IT or technology organizations.
- Experience with IT capital planning, project investments, and capitalization.
- Anaplan, Power BI, or similar planning/reporting tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale IT portfolios or executive investment decisions.
