We're looking for someone who has experience creating AI agents that automate document-heavy workflows to reduce costs, minimize risk, and improve the user experience.

What You'll Do

• Own 01 product and integration initiatives from discovery through deployment.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, identify pain points, and translate them into product solutions.
• Design end-to-end experiences across front-end interactions, back-end triggers, APIs, integrations, and service workflows.
• Build journey maps and service blueprints for complex customer processes.
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to improve integrations, adoption, and product stickiness.
• Help deploy AI agents that automate document-heavy workflows, reduce costs and risk, and improve the user experience.

What We're Looking For

• Strong Product Management experience with proven 01 product or integration launches.
• Excellent systems thinking across complex end-to-end workflows.
• Hands-on experience with journey mapping and service blueprinting.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical product workflows.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM or AI-agent products.
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a highly hands-on, forward-deployed environment.
