Sr. Financial Analyst - Thrasher Foundation Repair

Are you a detail-oriented financial professional who thrives on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights? In the role of Sr. Financial Analyst, you will serve as a key financial partner across the Thrasher Foundation Repair team, supporting budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and strategic decision-making. While the role is primarily focused on Thrasher, you may also collaborate with Supportworks and other areas of the organization as needed. Your work will directly shape how Thrasher grows, performs, and plans for the future.

Location: This position is based in Omaha, NE, and requires in-office presence as we deeply value the collaboration, innovation, and culture that stem from working together.

Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

• Own and manage the companys annual budgeting and rolling forecast models
• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs that drive operational visibility
• Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, pricing and performance
• Serve as a strategic partner to operational leaders, translating numbers into action
• Support senior leadership and board-level financial reporting

Qualifications: What You Offer

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred, but not required
• Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (Sage, Salesforce, or similar)
• Ability to translate large datasets into clear, actionable business insights
• Strong communication skills; you can speak finance to non-financial leaders
