WHSmith North America has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst- Commercial Finance to join our team in Las Vegas, NV!

The Senior Financial Analyst - Commercial Finance will be responsible for financial support and analysis as it relates to supplier income. Supplier income comprises a material portion of the companyâ€s net profit and plays a critical role in the companyâ€s overall financial strategy. This role will oversee and support the process for budget, forecast, and long-range planning for supplier income and provide ongoing analysis and decision support for the Commercial business leaders.  Â

What Youâ€ll DOÂ

\t

• Drive the development of yearly budget, monthly forecast, and LRP for total North America supplier income. \t
• Evaluate the forecast for risk and opportunities to present to executive leaders. \t
• Provide ad hoc decision support on new supplier income initiatives. \t
• Help implement and improve upon new processes related to supplier income tracking.

Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000

Qualifications:

• Bachelorâ€s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. MBA a plus \t
• 3+ years†work experience including financial and/or operational analysis \t
• Experience with financial budgeting, planning, and analysis  \t
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills \t
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and must be comfortable working with senior leaders \t
• Strong Excel skills and experience with EPM tools \t
• Must be a self-starter and willing to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
