Overview
NFI Industries is seeking a Sr. Finance Integration Analyst to design, build, and support integrations across our financial systems and enterprise landscape. This role bridges Finance, Accounting, and IT, translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate has experience with ERP and financial applications, system integrations, APIs, data transformation, and accounting processes. This individual will serve as a lead for integration initiatives involving general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, payroll, banking, reporting, and related platforms.
The individual will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations between the ERP financial system and internal or third-party applications.
Build and support integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, ETL tools, database procedures, and secure file transfers.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll and Procurement teams to gather requirements and define solutions.
Integrate financial applications with banking platforms, payment processors, tax systems, expense platforms and reporting tools.
Analyze source and target data structures and create field mappings, transformation rules, reconciliation controls, and exception-handling processes

Lead integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
Ensure integrations meet security, data privacy, segregation-of-duties, and financial-control requirements.
Support financial close activities by ensuring interfaces are complete, accurate, and processed within required timelines.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management.
This role is based in Camden, NJ and reports to the Senior Director of Finance Systems. The Finance Systems team is responsible for system administration, system integration, process review, and process improvement within Financial Services.
