Position Overview
The Sr Financial Analyst will be focused on supporting a project in the areas of, business operations, accounting, finance, regulatory compliance, and other related reporting functions. This person will be skilled in executing processes and utilizing reporting software to create visual presentations from various types of data for operation leadership, leveraging strong Excel skills to organize, dissect, and analyze raw datasets. This position will collaborate with project and district level management, providing trusted insight into the reporting and health of a project. The primary focuses of this position include evaluating construction job costs, data reporting/analysis, budgeting/forecasting, revenue recognition, and report generation for operations management leaders.
Additionally, proficiency with AI tools and functions is a plus. These tools can enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities, such as using predictive analytics for budgeting and revenue forecasting, machine learning algorithms to identify trends and anomalies in construction job costs, and natural language processing to automate the generation of insightful reports for executive management leaders.
District Overview
Kiewit's Southern California District is one of Kiewit's leading infrastructure districts specializing in heavy civil projects that include earth moving, water/wastewater, transportation, roadways, and power projects.
Location
Kiewit's Southern California District is based out of the Santa Fe Springs, CA office (soon relocating to Costa Mesa, CA) and supports projects throughout the Southern California region, building out project/construction schedules for all types of infrastructure work across the region.

This initial location for this role is in our Santa Fe Springs office. This position is 100% on site.

Other Requirements:
Base Compensation: $115,000/yr - $140,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
