The Opportunity
Reporting to the Program Manager, The Sr. Family Support Specialist role is a unique opportunity to work directly with families to make a real difference in their lives and our community. In this role, you will be guiding parents and helping them find and pay for quality child care to ensure that children get the best start possible.
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in this field, administering CalWORKs or CAPP.

Salary ranges are based on industry data, and final employment offer will be determined based upon factors including but not limited to an applicant's experience, specialized skills, and internal alignment.
This role is eligible for a Hybrid schedule after completing training period.
