The Sr. Executive Assistant provides enterprise-level executive partnership to multiple Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Csuite leaders, operating with a high degree of autonomy, business acumen, and discretion. This role serves as a critical connector across executives, Board members, and key stakeholders, synthesizing complex information, coordinating and preparing Board and executive-level materials, and ensuring messaging, data, and insights are accurate, aligned, and strategically sound. The Sr. Executive Assistant is expected to develop a strong understanding ofbusiness priorities, organizational dynamics, and key contributors in order to identify inconsistencies, surface risks, and proactively offer insight. This role also carries direct people management responsibility, providing leadership and development to at least one direct report. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate with confidence in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.
