Senior Estimator/EstimatorThe Senior Estimator/Estimator will:Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages for commercial construction projects.Review plans, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate project budgets.Analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals and compile competitive bid submissions.Collaborate with project management, operations, and executive leadership throughout preconstruction activities.Identify value engineering opportunities and recommend cost-effective construction solutions.Manage estimating activities for both renovation and ground-up construction projects.Support design-build and traditional delivery projects across a variety of commercial sectors.Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.Assist with budgeting, scope development, procurement planning, and project handoff activities.Contribute to pursuit efforts supporting a growing pipeline of upcoming commercial work.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
