Summary
Seeking a Sr. Equipment Engineer with strong mechatronics and manufacturing equipment experience to support production ramp-up, equipment ownership, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own equipment performance, reliability, and improvement projects.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-level equipment issues.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, FAT, and SAT.
- Optimize equipment parameters, tooling, fixturing, and station layouts.
- Analyze downtime and production data to drive root-cause solutions.
- Collaborate with controls, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of equipment/manufacturing engineering experience.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong hands-on mechatronics and manufacturing equipment experience.
- Experience with equipment ownership, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and troubleshooting.
- High-volume manufacturing experience preferred.
- Recent client/managerial references required.
