Location: This is a hybrid (virtual/onsite) position with required onsite days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday assigned to either the Saginaw Service Center, Alma Service Center, Flint Service Center, or Royal Oak Service Center. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify).
General Summary of Job Responsibilities
The Senior EPC Project Manager oversees complex, technical projects to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with established quality standards. This role leads cross-functional project teams comprised of internal stakeholders and external contractors. The Senior EPC Project Manager is responsible for project planning, execution, engineering oversight, quality control, safety compliance, status reporting, risk management, and project closeout activities. This position serves as the primary point of contact for project communications and is accountable for effectively identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks to ensure predictability and successful project delivery.

Ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve complex tactical and strategic problems. Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies, continuous improvement tools, countermeasure development, and action plan execution.
Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while effectively managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated communication, negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership capabilities, including influencing, engagement, conflict resolution, collaboration, self-awareness, resilience, courage, team leadership, and decision-making.
Proficiency in project management and quality improvement tools, including trend analysis, variance analysis, Pareto charts, matrix diagrams, and control charts.
Proficiency in the development and use of visual management tools and a strong understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
