Position Overview:
- Lead Cross-Functional Delivery.
- Responsible for Enterprise Agile Delivery management, performance and completion of projects such as systems development for complex enterprise-wide software solutions.
- Leads crossfunctional delivery of the Building Energy Usage Portal, overseeing project planning, execution, compliance, dataplatform operations, and stakeholder alignment across engineering, utilities, and regulatory partners.
- An experienced, people-centric product professional who can communicate effectively across all levels of management and demonstrate strong data fluency
- The position partners closely with all members of the team, but specifically the Product and IT teams to ensure full understanding of roadmaps, timelines, and to remain aligned on product vision(s) for each project that the team is working on.
- This role requires strong problem-solving aptitude and technology decision-making skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with data product development, vendor products, complex system solutions, and cross-functional teams is required for this role.
- Additional role requirements include 10+ years of project leadership, PMPlevel credentials, and strong technical fluency in cloud data platforms and regulatory/compliancedriven digital products, supported by exceptional crossfunctional and executivelevel communication skills.
- Proven track record of guiding distributed software teams through complex, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Technical proficiency using Azure DevOps as a primary program-tracking and Agile framework deployment tool is also a nice-to-have to allow the candidate to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and project requirements.
- Create regular status updates, organize meetings, and foster collaboration.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, communication plans, and standard operating procedures
- Identify potential risks, conduct assessments, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Guide teams through complex technical challenges while maintaining focus on project goals.
- Define program KPIs that accurately reflect delivery/sprint velocities.
- Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and realign expectations as needed to meet objectives.
- Ensure that complex technology projects are delivered successfully, while maintaining alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Govern Azure DevOps (ADO) environments to maintain high visibility across multiple development teams and codebases.
- Configure ADO boards, sprint metrics, dashboards, and automated workflows to match complex, regulated delivery milestones.
- Recommend process improvements based on best practices and industry standards.
- Leads Agile/SCRUM Meetings (Ex. Daily Standups; SoS; Sprint Planning; Sprint Retro, PI Planning, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years digital or software project management experience.
- Technical proficiency using Azure DevOps as a primary program-tracking and Agile framework deployment tool.

Pay Rate: $89.00-$103.00/Hour
