Sr. Engineer (AI)

2+ years Agentic AI Development experience, hands-on experience building AI agents using **LangGraph**, **LangChain**, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks. This role focuses on developing AI solutions using **Python** and **JavaScript/TypeScript** with modern agent orchestration frameworks such as **LangGraph** and **LangChain**.

About the Role:
We are looking for a **Senior AI Engineer** to build production-grade AI agents integrating with enterprise applications supporting multiple customer journeys. This role focuses on developing AI solutions using **Python** and **JavaScript/TypeScript** with modern agent orchestration frameworks such as **LangGraph** and **LangChain**. Candidate will participate in architecture and design, Leading team of 3-4 engineers and providing direction

Experience:

• Overall 9 years of experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years Agentic AI Development experience, hands-on experience building AI agents using **LangGraph**, **LangChain**, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, agent orchestration, and LLM workflows
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Good working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, REST APIs, and event-driven design.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI agents using **LangGraph**, **LangChain**, or similar frameworks.
• Build multi-agent workflows, tool integrations, and RAG solutions.
• Develop AI services and APIs using **Python** and **JavaScript/TypeScript**.
• Integrate AI agents with **Java Spring Boot** micro-services through REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Design prompts, tool-calling workflows, memory, and agent orchestration.
• Build reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI applications.
