partnering with an innovative manufacturing company seeking an experienced
Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating across departments, and driving products from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of electrical systems, circuits, and components for new and existing products.
- Oversee projects from concept through production while collaborating with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams.
- Conduct design reviews, troubleshooting, testing, validation, and root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, manufacturability, and cost reduction.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (UL, IEC, NEC, FCC).
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong experience designing analog and digital circuits, power electronics, and embedded systems.
- Proficiency with Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, PSpice, or similar design tools.
- Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other electrical test equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred:- PCB layout and high-speed design experience
- Microcontrollers, FPGA, or embedded firmware
- Automation, robotics, renewable energy, or industrial systems
- DFMEA or Design for Manufacturability experience
- PE License (or working toward one)
