    partnering with an innovative manufacturing company seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating across departments, and driving products from concept through production.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the design and development of electrical systems, circuits, and components for new and existing products.
    • Oversee projects from concept through production while collaborating with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams.
    • Conduct design reviews, troubleshooting, testing, validation, and root cause analysis.
    • Create and maintain engineering documentation including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, manufacturability, and cost reduction.
    • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (UL, IEC, NEC, FCC).
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Strong experience designing analog and digital circuits, power electronics, and embedded systems.
    • Proficiency with Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, PSpice, or similar design tools.
    • Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other electrical test equipment.
    • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

    Preferred:
    • PCB layout and high-speed design experience
    • Microcontrollers, FPGA, or embedded firmware
    • Automation, robotics, renewable energy, or industrial systems
    • DFMEA or Design for Manufacturability experience
    • PE License (or working toward one)
