Description

Required:
Bachelor's of Science Degree in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering from an accredited university
Current Professional Engineer (PE) licensure with ability to obtain in State of Idaho.
At least 12 years of experience in engineering design of building electrical systems
Strong working knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70), voltage drop, arc flash, short-circuit, and load flow calculations.
Experience with electrical equipment specification, vendor submittal reviews, and field coordination.
Ability to perform site punch walks and work effectively within construction environments
Ideally, youll also have:
Semiconductor and/or mission-critical/data center design experience.
Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous learning.
Job Responsibilities:

Supervise designer work, provide team technical leadership, and perform quality reviews of design packages.
Prepare technical specifications and bid/construction documents; serve as Electrical discipline lead or QC reviewer.
Collaborate closely with owners and contractors and support construction activities on site.
Participate in proposals and deliver proactive solutions to client challenges.
