This role involves providing technical expertise, guidance, and project management to ensure the successful execution of complex projects within budget and on schedule. The successful candidate will develop innovative protection schemes for power system projects, encompassing utility substations, solar collector sites, and battery energy storage systems. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, creating design processes, and maintaining stringent quality control standards.
The position requires a deep knowledge of protection and control systems, mastery in designing comprehensive protection schemes, and proficiency in SCADA communications. You will mentor junior staff, enhance project management strategies, and contribute to business development through cost estimations and proposal support.
