The Sr. Director Sales and Merchandising is responsible for developing and maximizing the Nike and Tommy Hilfiger underwear full price and offprice businesses in Wholesale. Direct responsibilities include creating the regional assortment, developing account relationships, leadership and development of the sales and merchant teams. The Sr. Director of Sales and Merchandising will partner closely with Design, Global Merchandising, Planning, Operations and Marketing in order to consistently deliver net sales and profit expectation.
What You''ll Do:
What You''ll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree a plus
10 + years of wholesale experience.
Experience in sales and leading a merchant team preferred
High level of analytical skills, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
Possess high taste level
Detail oriented ability to both drive strategy and execute tactically
Ability to strongly articulate a point of view on product on behalf of the regional consumer
Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent presentation skills with expert knowledge of PowerPoint Pro for use in presentations
Flexibility with Schedule for Market Calendar and Special Projects
Able to evaluate departmental processes and goals and make strategic decisions to alter or reevaluate existing goals based on business needs/conditions
Fast paced with constantly evolving market conditions. Must be able to clearly articulate complex ideas/plans to senior management as well as internal and external business partners. Approximately 30% travel

Pay Range:$164,100---$221,400
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
