    The Senior Director of Portfolio Management will be responsible for leading all aspects of developing, analyzing, and directing the informational systems for the real estate portfolio, encompassing both owned and leased assets.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Senior Director of Portfolio Management is responsible for ensuring the integrity and management of property-level data and reporting, implementing policies, procedures, and controls for effective data management and reporting of results. Additionally, you will provide expert advice, analysis, and due diligence support on all investment decisions and activities.

    Direct: Mgr, Real Estate Research, Sr. Analyst, Real Estate Research

    SVP, Portfolio Management1021795BRRegular, Full-time Moderate (15-30%) JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for all aspects of analysis and strategic planning for the real estate portfolio with the objective of maximizing value of the real estate assets
    • Provides guidance to business operatives responsible for executing asset monetization and value creation strategies, ensuring alignment with overall objectives
    • Identifies underperforming assets and spearhead strategies to improve their performance, driving enhanced value across the portfolio
    • Directs due diligence process for prospective acquisitions and fulfills diligence requests from third parties for all transaction types, including asset sales, financings, and leasing opportunities
    • Engages deeply in understanding the vertical P&L, discerning the levers impacting the business, and identifying drivers of profitability and asset performance
    • Offers analytical support and recommendations to enhance asset performance and maximize value, leveraging data-driven insights
    • Encourages and provides opportunities for associates to develop new skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth and cultivate strong leaders for the future by attracting, developing, and retaining high-caliber individuals with diverse backgrounds
    • Institutes continual improvements to information systems to improve access and cross-functional collaboration
    • Participates in regular business reviews with senior management, contributing valuable insights and perspectives
    • Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelors Degree
    • Over 10 years of related experience
    • Up to 25% travel
    • 18 years of age or older

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    Minimum of five years experience in Financial Planning, Strategic Business Decision Making and analysis

    Strong knowledge of investment/financial analysis with a focus on real estate

    Strong decision making and problem solving skills required based upon financial and statistical results

    Strong working knowledge of Excel and Argus software

    Strong knowledge of real estate financial analysis, portfolio modeling, and investment valuation methodologies

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail
