Senior Director, Enterprise PMO & Business Transformation


Location: Elkhart, IN

About the Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Enterprise Project Management and Business Transformation to lead strategic initiatives across a complex, multi-business environment. This executive leader will drive enterprise-wide transformation programs, oversee PMO operations, support organizational change, and partner with senior leadership to align business priorities with execution.


The ideal candidate combines strong project and portfolio management expertise with experience leading ERP implementations, M&A integrations, and large-scale business transformation initiatives.


Responsibilities



  • Lead and mature the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO), including governance, standards, methodologies, and resource planning.

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic priorities across the organization.

  • Direct large-scale transformation programs involving ERP, cloud, operational, and organizational initiatives.

  • Oversee project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, timelines, and expected outcomes.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through organizational change and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Drive merger, acquisition, and integration projects from due diligence through post-close execution.

  • Establish and enhance project management best practices, tools, reporting, and performance metrics.

  • Mentor and develop project managers, program managers, and PMO leaders.

  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

  • Manage enterprise risk, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting.


Required Qualifications



  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management.

  • Experience leading enterprise PMO functions and managing strategic business initiatives.

  • Proven success delivering large-scale ERP, cloud transformation, or digital transformation programs.

  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving operations, finance, technology, HR, and supply chain functions.

  • Strong leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

  • Experience with organizational change management and strategic planning.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • PMP certification preferred.


Preferred Experience



  • ERP implementations such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

  • Mergers & acquisitions, integration management, and due diligence activities.

  • Manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or enterprise technology environments.

  • PPM and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Zendesk, Workfront, or equivalent platforms.

  • Experience leading global or multi-site transformation programs.
