Job Details

Our company is seeking an innovative and experienced Sr. Director of Product Design to lead our dynamic design team. This is a permanent position that involves overseeing the design of our cutting-edge B2B SaaS products in the automotive retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS software design leverage AI tools to build working prototypes. With your 8+ years of experience, you will be expected to deliver high-quality, user-friendly designs that meet the needs of our diverse client base. This is a full time salaried job with remote working environment.


As the Sr. Director of Product Design, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Leading and overseeing the design team to ensure the delivery of innovative and user-friendly B2B SaaS products.
2. Developing and implementing design strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
3. Collaborating with other departments to understand their needs and translate them into product designs.
4. Utilizing Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude to design and refine our products.
5. Using wireframing techniques to create a visual representation of our products before they are developed.
6. Leveraging your knowledge of the automotive industry to design products that meet the unique needs of these customers.
7. Continually monitoring industry trends and advancements in product design to ensure our company remains competitive.
8. Conducting regular reviews of our product designs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.


To qualify for the Sr. Director of Product Design position, you must have the following:

1. 8+ years of experience in product design with proven experience with B2B SaaS product design.
2. 3+ years experience leading design teams with track record of success delivering quality products.
3. Experience shipping AI features or products in to production.
4. Proficiency in Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude for building prototypes.
5. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
7. Knowledge of the automotive retail industry is preferred
8. A degree in design, technology, or a related field is preferred.
