Job Summary The Sr. Director of Food & Nutrition Services serves as the senior operational leader for the Food & Nutrition Services Department within a large healthcare facility. This role oversees all day-to-day foodservice operations including patient dining retail catering production and clinical nutrition support. The Sr. Director provides strategic leadership ensures high-quality service delivery maintains strong client partnerships drives financial performance and leads the development of a large diverse team.10M Managed Volume • 2.2M Retail Sales • 95 FTEs • 6 Managers • Bedside Patient Delivery Program

Key ResponsibilitiesDirect overall departmental operations to meet performance goals while operating within the approved budget and maximizing value for the client.Ensure all food served-across patient dining bedside delivery retail and catering-is of superior quality safe and aligned with healthcare standards.Lead safety sanitation and equipment maintenance programs to ensure regulatory and compliance excellence.Build and maintain strong relationships with the client key stakeholders and interdisciplinary hospital departments.Promote professional development engagement and advancement opportunities for all team members across 95 FTEs and 6 managers.Foster strong interdepartmental partnerships to integrate Food & Nutrition Services into broader hospital operations and service excellence initiatives.Oversee retail strategy and performance including 2.2M in annual retail sales.Drive innovation service enhancements and operational efficiencies within a bedside patient meal delivery model.
