Job Description
We are building a world-class Lean Capability organization to accelerate enterprise performance, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business. As the Senior Director, Lean Capability, you will define and lead the global strategy for building problem-solving capability, developing Lean leaders, and institutionalizing management systems that drive sustainable business results.
You will collaborate across regions and functions to coach leaders, design scalable development pathways, and integrate Lean behaviors into daily operations. This is your opportunity to influence how we build capability, lead change, and create lasting impact through continuous improvement.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership development, and business transformation. You will partner closely with executive leaders across regions and functions to shape enterprise capability priorities, accelerate organizational learning, and enable lasting cultural change. Through coaching, capability system design, and deployment of scalable development pathways, you will help leaders build the skills, behaviors, and routines needed to drive performance and continuously improve how we operate.
