The Sr. Director, Finance - NA at Videojet will be responsible for leading financial strategy, business performance, and operational excellence across the North America region. This senior role owns the region's P&L, balance sheet, working capital, and cash flow, partnering with regional and global leadership to drive profitable growth and sustainable earnings. Key responsibilities include financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering across diverse geographies, as well as building and developing high-performing finance teams. The ideal candidate will have proven finance leadership experience in complex, multi-country or regional organizations, strong commercial and operational finance acumen, and expertise in technology and analytics. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required, with CPA, CFA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred. The compensation range is $225,000-$27,500 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
