Senior Director, Enterprise Services - Siemens HealthineersReporting directly to the Enterprise Services Zone Head, the Senior Director of Enterprise Services is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for driving approximately $100M in orders and revenue across the full Siemens Healthineers portfolio. This horizontal, matrix-managed position focuses on large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and requires a consultative, executive-level approach to complex client challenges.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to IDN Senior Executive leadership, building strong C-level relationships.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans with clear short- and long-term objectives.
  • Prospect for IDN challenges and opportunities related to clinical workflows, technology adoption, and financial performance.
  • Articulate and present tailored Siemens solutions that streamline operations, introduce innovative technologies, reduce costs, and deliver measurable value.
  • Apply Enterprise Services Value Partnership concepts and methodologies to solve complex business problems.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams-including engineers, finance, legal, consultants, and other specialists-to deliver comprehensive solutions across Imaging, Laboratory, Services, and other Siemens operating companies.
Success Profile: This role is an excellent fit for a results-driven sales leader with:
  • Minimum 10 years of sales and commercial experience, with strong expertise in capital sales.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with C-level and Senior Executive leadership.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and executive presence skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 40% of the time.
  • Preferred location: Texas (preference for candidates living in Texas).

The base pay range for this position is:

$159,200 - $218,900

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
