Role Description
The Senior Director, Corporate Quality, Regulatory & Product Compliance owns global Regulatory, Safety, Compliance, and Product/Service Life Cycle Management (PLCM) including the Quality Management System, and the product gating process across the enterprise.
This leader ensures the delivery of safe, compliant, reliable, and high‑quality products, while enabling scalable, data‑driven operations through modern digital and AI‑enabled quality systems.
This role leads enterprise frameworks for regulatory compliance, product safety engineering, ISO/QMS, and PLCM governance, and drives the adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and AI to proactively manage risk, accelerate time‑to‑market, and improve operational predictability.

Pay & Benefits
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $180,000 - $250,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, location, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. This position may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions are generally offered a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
