The Senior Director Compliance and Privacy Sr Director Compliance and Privacy is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of the organizations Compliance Program. This position ensures alignment with applicable federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), the Senior Director serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and key stakeholders, providing oversight of compliance operations, risk management activities, and investigative functions. This role plays a critical part in fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization. Annual Salary Range: $182,104.00 - $291,366.40 This position is onsitenot remote. Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree required. Advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MBA, JD, or related field) preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive compliance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success developing, implementing, or enhancing enterprise compliance programs. Certification/Licensure: Certification in Health Care Compliance and Privacy (CHC, CHPC) required. Knowledge, Skills Abilities: Extensive knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including CMS, OIG guidance, HRSA, HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to influence and collaborate across a complex organizations. High degree of integrity, sound judgement, and discretion.
